Current Membership is 375
Current bank balance: $8204.43.
Larry announced there are 110 members with paid dues.
Discussion about donating funds to groups or the community will be held at next month’s meeting. Asked the attendees for groups or organizations to be considered and vetted for donations.
Old Business
If you served in the military between Nov 1955 and May 1975, you are eligible to receive the Vietnam commemorative pin. Award pin/certificate See me after the meeting if you have not received one.
If you have a photo of yourself while you were in the service, please send a copy to me through an email or text so I can post on our website with the other 98 photos.
I have been adding bricks to the Legacy Walkway. If you want a brick let me know, I'll send the order form. Designate the Veterans Club as the club sponsor and we get $30 from your order.

OV 50th anniversary parade April 6th – contact Kate Cusumano if you want to participate.

Speakers
Mike introduced our guest speaker Bill McMurry. Bill entered the Army in 1966 and was in the Special Forces for 20 years. He was a POW in Vietnam from 1968-1973. He was awarded the Silver Star, Bronze Star multiple Purple Hearts among other awards. Bill is a resident of Oro Valley. Mike introduced
Curt Hansen – Volunteer Coordinator with Gentiva Hospice in Marana. He is the point person for “We Honor Veterans”, a nationwide program where the VA and over 4000 agencies work together to provide quality care to end of life.
