Hi all 12-17
Next Veterans club meeting is on Jan 4th at 1pm in the Activity Center Auditorium. Guest speaker Jon Helminiak (BIO), a SCOV resident, will review with a power point presentation, his participation of the 75th anniversary of D-Day, when 15 C-47 aircraft flew from the US to France. I hope you will attend.
Our club hosted the Army Navy Football Game on Dec 12. We enjoyed great leftover BBQ pulled pork that Ed Caine smoked for the homeless Veterans on Veterans Day. Sorry about the WiFi and cable outage during half-time. Not bias but, Go Army (Army 15, Navy 0). Photos at the bottom of the page.
