Old Business
Pancake Breakfast on Jan. 27th was a success. We generated $1646.82 from tickets and donations. There were 31 volunteers which helped tremendously to get attendees in and out quickly. Thanks to everyone who volunteered.
If you served in the military between Nov 1955 and May 1975, you are eligible to receive the Vietnam commemorative pin. See Mike after the meeting if you have not received one. Also, check out the Medals in the display case at the WC. If you have Medals and Badges which you would be willing to loan for display, please let Mike know.
If you have a photo of yourself while you were in the service, please send a copy to Mike through an e-mail or text so it can be posted on our website with the other 98 photos. We have a 100-photo goal we would like to meet.
Mike has been continually adding bricks to the Legacy Walkway. If you want a brick, let him know and he’ll send an order form. Designate the Veterans’ Club as the club sponsor and we’ll receive $30 from your order.
New Business
There is a new VFW Post in Catalina which shares the building with the Elks Lodge. Check it out.
