Hi all 5-11-
I hope you are healthy and can start to get out as the governor eases some restrictions and opens some businesses. I'm sure barber shops and hairstylists are going to be very busy.
- If you have a shirt in your closet or buy a shirt, get it to me for free engraving with Veteran Club colors
- Volunteers put faces to names of 7500 Americans in WWII graves in the Netherlands.
- I am responding to the administration on how we will conduct meetings. Some guidelines I'm thinking about if we can hold our meeting on June 1. Survey results show less than 25 will attend. I am trying to reserve the Kiva patio behind the Activities Center where we could be more spread out and masks would be optional. Bring a mask with you. Future meetings will be dictated by guidelines from the Governor, Oro Valley and Sun City. Depending on the number of members attending, if we can maintain a social distance greater than 6', the decision to wear masks would be by a unanimous vote by members present. Gloves optional. Hopefully there will be hand sanitizer available but you can bring some for yourself to use after the meeting. If you do not feel well, do not attend the meeting. We will try to limit the length of the meetings. Please give me your feedback as soon as possible.
As always thank you for your service
Mike
