Hi all, 6-23
Good News. I have spoken to Mark Wade about resuming our Veteran Club meetings and he has given us the OK.
We will have our meetings outdoors on the Kiva patio behind the Activities Center UFN beginning on Monday, July 6, at 4PM. There is plenty of shade and even if the temperatures are in the 90s, it is bearable. Some restrictions have been imposed. They are numbers 1, 7, 8 and 9. The rest are suggestions from me if you plan on attending.
1. Bring a face mask with you
2. If you prefer to bring your personal sanitizer (Lysol spray, wipes or hand), to clean chairs or tables, please do so
3. Bring a hydration beverage of your choice. We will combine the business and happy hour social meeting into one. The Views Restaurant balcony is smaller and has limited seating so no Friday "Meet & Greet" UFN
4. If you are feeling sick or ill in any way, please do not attend
5. If you think you have been exposed to someone who has the COVID-19 virus, please do not attend
6. Try to arrive before 4PM. We will have to arrange our own seating in the shade since a monitor may not be on site
7. Only residents may attend any activities in SCOV
8. Limit attendance to 30 members
9. Maintain social distancing of 6'
If you have a name plate, please wear it. If you have a club embroidered shirt, please wear it. If you want a branch colored shirt embroidered for free, get your shirt to me soon. (You can find colored shirts at Kohl's, Ross Store, WalMart or order from Amazon). I have 3 shirts ready to get embroidered so please get your personal shirt to me ASAP (2145 E Bighorn Mountain Dr). The seamstress needs about an hour to set up her machine so it's best to give her as many shirts to embroider as possible at one time.

I have been getting more photos from our membership to add to our website and have 31 at this point. Please email me a photo of yourself while you were in the service to add to the collection.
I am looking to borrow a portable microphone for our meeting. Please let me know if you have one or know someone who will loan it to me.
As always, thank you for your service
